Shipping from China

Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Guangdong, China. Please take this into account when placing your order. Due to international shipping, customs fees or import duties may apply upon delivery. These costs are at the customer's expense and are not covered by Lumière & Co.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 22:00 (GMT-05:00 EST) are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days.

Delivery Time

Our delivery time is 5-14 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on the destination and any customs delays. The total time from order to delivery, including processing, is 6-16 business days.

Shipping Options

We offer standard free delivery within Canada. There are no additional shipping options.

Returns
