Return and Refund Policy
At Lumière & Co, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions.
Returns
You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns must be in their original condition and include all original packaging and labels.
Process for Returns

- The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note: returns are shipped to our warehouse in China. As this is an international return, shipping costs can be significantly higher than a local return. We recommend contacting us first at info@lumiere-and-co.com — in many cases we can offer a suitable solution without requiring you to return the item.
Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or perishable products
- Digital downloads and licence codes
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we have received and processed the returned item. There is no restocking fee. We aim to process refunds within 10 working days of receiving the item.
Specific Situations
- Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges. Please return the product for a refund and place a new order.
- Change of mind: Return unopened products within 30 days for a full refund.
- Faulty items: Contact customer service immediately to arrange a return or exchange.
- Damaged goods: Report damaged items to customer service immediately.
- Wrong product received: Contact customer service to have it corrected.
- Order not arrived: Contact customer service if your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time.
- Cancellation: Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting customer service. If already shipped, standard return procedure applies.
